Refund Policy
At Raj Ashok Creations, we strive to provide high-quality digital products and services, including PixelLab project files, Alight Motion video projects, and custom designs. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final.
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the purchased file is technically defective or corrupted and cannot be used as intended.
- If you accidentally purchase the same product twice.
- If we fail to deliver the purchased product due to a technical issue on our end.
Please note: For our PLP files and project files, once a file is downloaded, no refund or replacement will be provided. Customers can use the downloaded file as intended, but refunds are not available after download.
To request a refund in eligible cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at RAJASHOKCREATIONS0@gmail.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
